In the first segment of this medical simulation, you have four different medical tools available. You have a water gun, a water soaker, tissue paper and an ointment to use in this segment. The tissue paper is for wiping the drool from the face of the patient while the water gun and soaker are for rinsing the throat. You have to apply the ointment on the inflamed areas of the throat to make them disappear.

To move to the next segment of the medical simulation offered in Little Throat Doctor, you need to click the arrow button located on the top-right corner of the screen. You will find four more medical supplies in this segment of the game too. These supplies include a syringe, pincers, cotton wool and a cotton swab. You need to use the pincers for taking out any fish bones which are stuck in the throat of the patient. The syringe is for taking out the red clots which have formed in the throat. You need to swipe down to remove the clot. The cotton wool and swab are for treating the mucus and enlarged glands inside the throat. Click the arrow button located on the top-right corner to move to the next segment once you are finished.

In the third segment of Little Throat Doctor, you get to deal with the mucus or other throat issues which weren't visible with the naked eye. You will get a microscope to see these issues clearly and get to remove them using the medical tools on offer. Once again, you will have four tools available for treating the throat problems. You need to move the microscope using the virtual joystick available on the top-right corner of the screen and then perform the appropriate procedure when you lock onto a throat issue. Move to the last segment of this medical simulation by clicking the arrow button located on the top-left corner first and then the arrow button located on the bottom-right corner.

You get to take snaps of the patient in the last segment of Little Throat Doctor. There are various customization options available to personalize the photo. You can even share the photos via email as well.
